Do you mail to Canada? TOP

We mail to Canada priority mail or UPS but our Canadian customers may be subject to import taxes and delayed delivery.

Do you have pick up service? TOP

We do have pick up service at our retail location at

We usually process orders within five business days.

We mail usually through UPS or Fedex.

All items are mailed insured so customers cannot lose money and we email tracking number with email shipping notice.

Customers can track their purchase at shipper's website.

What is your return policy? TOP

All our items are brand new and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

We have a no-hassle policy. Purchases may be returned with prior authorization within seven days. WE will gladly make exchanges or money refunds less shipping charges.

If we mail the wrong item or something that was factory damaged we will refund in full your purchase including return expense.

We used to sell on the major auction sites until their fees went sky high. We can offer most of the time the same products at much lower prices because we no longer pay high commission fees.

Do you combine shipping? TOP

We always combine shipping to save on transport charges.

We do not charge anything extra for handling, just what the shipping charges are from the post office or private carrier.

Do you sell wholesale? TOP

Certain items we purchase in bulk from the factory and we sell it wholesale to retailers etc. Please contact us regarding this matter.

What do I do if I have not received my purchase? TOP

We ask our customers to allow reasonable time for delivery.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and much depends on the shipper and area where you live. If you have not received your purchase after maximum twenty days, please call us and we will be happy to assist you to trace your purchase or file a lost claim.
